What are cookies?

What TextMatchCuts.com itself uses
The tool does not set its own cookies and does not use local storage to track you. Your text and settings stay in the page while it is open and are gone when you close it. The only exception is two small preferences saved in your browser's local storage on your own device: your mute choice and your last export size. They are never sent anywhere.

Other third-party requests
Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. This does not require cookies, but your browser connects to Google's servers, which receive your IP address.
How to control cookies
- On the Site: if you are in the EEA, UK or Switzerland, use the consent message to accept, reject or manage cookies. You can change your mind at any time through the same message.
- Ad personalization: Google Ads Settings, aboutads.info and youronlinechoices.com.
- In your browser: you can block or delete cookies in the settings of Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari and others. Blocking all cookies does not affect the tool, but you may still see ads that are not personalized.
